Cattle Purchasing

To ensure smooth reception and work processes and animal welfare, animals brought to the slaughterhouse must be clean, healthy and identified with ear tags. Animals are accepted on the basis of a food chain notification, which must be submitted either electronically via E-PRIA before the animals are delivered to the slaughterhouse or on paper with the incoming batch of animals.
